Welcome! We’re excited you’re interested in finding out more about our childrens’ ministry. We believe that it is important to teach kids the true meaning of the Word of God; one that is grounded in scripture. We encourage kids to memorize scripture, so when the time comes, they will have an answer for why they believe.
Sunday School is divided up between age groups with each group being encouraged to memorize scripture. They also learn Bible stories every Sunday morning.
10:00 Sunday mornings.
Hurricane Chapel partners with parents to lead children to Christ so they will come to KNOW, LOVE, and SERVE Him.
11:00 Sunday mornings
To start off Awana, everyone meets in a group and dances to a couple of songs from Seeds Family Worship.
6:30 Wednesday nights
After worship time, the groups split up. Each group has their own teachers and the kids are encouraged and challenged to memorize scripture and recieve prizes as a result.
7:00 Wednesday nights
The mission of Hurricane Creek academy is to provide the highest quality education in a Christ-centered, interdenominational environment that supports and enhances the homeschool experience. The Academy fous on the development of Christian character, quality education, and opportunities for social growth in an uplifting environment for it’s students. Our goal is to prepare our students for lives of continued learning and loving service to their families, churches, and communities.
