The mission of Hurricane Creek Academy is to provide the highest quality education in a Christ-centered, interdenominational environment that supports and enhances the homeschool experience. The Academy focuses on the development of Christian character, quality education, and opportunities for social growth in an uplifting environment for its students. Our goal is to prepare our students for lives of continued learning, and loving service to their families, churches, and communities.
Hurricane Creek Academy is both, a one day a week, homeschool co-op and tutorial. We will provide academic resources for pre-K through the high school. Our morning co-op classes require a once a year family registration fee but are free to enjoy and we would encourage parent participation. Our afternoon classes will be tutorial in nature and will have a registration, class, and curriculum/supply fee. We will be meeting, on Thursdays, at Hurricane Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, 500 North Hurricane Creek. McEwen TN 37101.
Hurricane Creek Academy is not associated with Hurricane Chapel. Hurricane Creek Academy merely meets in Hurricane Chapel's building.

Tutorial Classes are designed to provide structured, Christ-centered classes for homeschooled students.
To enroll in the tutorial, it’s $30 per family, and it is $6 per kid per class. The prices may fluctuate based on the teacher and the supplies needed, but you can expect about $6 per class.
The suggested age is posted, but as always, parent discretion is best.
